Honored to Contribute to AI Education!
I am delighted to receive the Certificate of Contribution from S.P. Mandali’s R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics (Empowered Autonomous) and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) for serving as a Resource Person in the ICSSR-WRC sponsored Ten Days Capacity Building Program on “AI Foundation for Educators.”
It was a privilege to engage with educators, researchers, and academic professionals, sharing insights on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in Education, emerging AI tools, and their potential to enhance teaching, learning, research, and institutional effectiveness.
My sincere gratitude to Prof. Vinita Pimpale, Prof. Kavita Lagate, the organizing team, and all participants for their enthusiastic involvement and meaningful discussions.
As AI continues to reshape the educational landscape, collaborative initiatives like these are essential in preparing educators for the future of teaching and learning.

Workshop on Bridging Research and AI in Teaching: A Beginner’s Guide
I had the opportunity to serve as a Resource Person at the faculty development workshop titled “Bridging Research and AI in Teaching: A Beginner’s Guide”, organized by VVM’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economics and sponsored by the Goa State Research Foundation.
The workshop brought together Higher Secondary faculty members from various institutions across Goa to explore the growing role of Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies in education, research, and academic innovation.
As part of the program, I delivered a session on “Artificial Intelligence in Academic Inquiry: Streamlining Literature Review in the Digital Age,” where participants were introduced to AI-powered tools and techniques that can support efficient literature discovery, research synthesis, and scholarly writing. The session highlighted practical approaches for integrating AI into the research process while maintaining academic integrity and critical thinking.
In addition, I conducted a hands-on demonstration titled “Visualize, Analyze, Transform: Power BI in Action,” focusing on data visualization, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision-making. Participants gained practical exposure to transforming raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI, enabling them to apply analytical techniques in both academic and administrative contexts.
The workshop provided an engaging platform for knowledge sharing and professional development. Interacting with enthusiastic educators from across Goa was a rewarding experience, and the discussions reflected a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness, research quality, and student learning outcomes.
I am grateful to the organizing team for the opportunity to contribute to this important initiative and look forward to supporting future efforts that promote innovation, digital transformation, and research excellence in education.
